Delete your KidUniversity account

Delete it yourself in the app (fastest)

Open KidUniversity and tap Grown-ups (🔒) at the top of the screen.
Answer the grown-ups question.
Scroll to Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

This permanently deletes the parent account, every child profile and all of their data right away.

Or ask us to delete it

Email support@kiduniversity.net from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my KidUniversity account". We delete the account and all of its data within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

The parent's email address and password
Every child's name or nickname and grade
All learning progress: lessons, test scores, missed questions, streaks, stars, stickers, books and graduations
All Ask Hoot questions and answers

Nothing is kept: deleted data is removed from our database immediately, and we don't keep backup copies. Graduation photos were only ever stored on your own device. If you subscribed to KidUniversity Plus in the iPhone, iPad or Android app, it's billed by Apple or Google, so cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions as well; Apple and Google keep their own purchase records. If you subscribed on the web, cancel it first in Grown-ups → KidUniversity Plus → Manage or cancel subscription. How to cancel.

Delete only some data

In Grown-ups you can remove a single child (with all of that child's progress) or clear a child's Ask Hoot history, without deleting the whole account.
